I am a proud husband and father who loves to travel, play, and explore the world with my wife and family.
Since moving to Calgary in 1998, I have spent a great deal of time climbing, ski touring and mountaineering. Along the way I became a member of the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides and have logged countless hours leading groups of young people in the outdoors.
Education and Training
I am a Registered Psychologist in the Province of Alberta (#3978). I have a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology and an Undergraduate Degree in Therapeutic Recreation with a specialization in youth at risk.
I have been supporting young people, adults and families experiencing addiction and mental health concerns since 1999. I am a currently a Counselling Supervisor within Alberta Health Services, an Instructor at Mt. Royal University, and a Tutor at Athabasca University.
